This class is open to everyone- regardless of your experience or skill level, Cal will help give you the tools to better connect with the subtle energies within you that govern your physical, emotional and spiritual health. Using sound, visualization and some simple physical movements, you can learn to become aware of these energies, and balance them, leaving with a sense of groundedness and well being in the present moment.
