About Cal Clark

I began my journey towards holistic health and enlightenment in 2009- studying yoga and meditation at the Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook. I started Present Moment Bodywork and Well Being in the heart of Portland’s Old Port in 2012. In June of 2015, I completed a 330 hour program in advanced Polarity Therapy at Spa Tech and started incorporating Polarity Therapy in my bodywork practices. I feel awed and humbled by all the experience and credentials I’m accruing on my personal journey, and I live to learn, meditate, and make art- all in the name of health, spiritual well being and freedom.

They have been so vital to my mental and physical health in times of extreme emotional stress and also in times of hard physical athletic training. I have had many types of bodywork over a period of 20 years. I was looking for a new MT as mine had moved out of the area. A friend recommended Cal and when I found out he had a portable table and was willing to come to my home, that cinched it. Cal has a nice positive presence that is never intrusive and his hands are skilled in reading muscle. He is thorough and never rushed and always checks in to see what a client needs to focus on. I highly recommend him for massage therapy and bodywork in general.
